Bird and Owl Hair Bow Holders

In an attempt to organize my daughter's bathroom, I realized that she really needed somewhere to keep her extensive collection of hair bows.  She is totally into birds and owls, and I found this great tutorial which I tweaked to suit her needs and my on-hand materials.

Turned out pretty cute if I do say so myself! ~~Y

Stylish bloggers...Who? Us?

There have been many changes in the lives of the AquaSeventy6 gals, not the least of which includes an out-of-state move for one of us.  Once the boxes are unpacked, the sewing machine is set up and the camera lens is fully focused, we'll be back to blogging full-time.

For now, we'd like to thank Ashley from Lemon and Lavender for awarding us the Stylish Blogger Award.

When receiving this award the rules are to:
1. Thank and link back to the person who awarded you
2. Share 7 things about yourself
3. Award to 10 great bloggers
4. Contact those bloggers and tell them about the award

Seven things about Autumn and Yvette:
  1. Yvette doesn't drink coffee but is addicted to nonfat chai tea lattes.  Autumn loves a good cup of joe.
  2. Autumn loves to host parties and get-togethers at her home (and is considered by her friends a FAB-tastic hostess!)  Yvette hates to host parties at home because it means cleaning up before AND after, and she's kind of lazy! ;)
  3. Autumn and Yvette often speak to each other in the form SNL skits.
  4. Autumn and Yvette are willing to be sister-wives to Jimmy Fallon.
  5. Autumn is an inch taller than Yvette, but Yvette wears shoes 2 sizes bigger (she's only an 8.5, people...no Sasquatches here!)
  6. Autumn and Yvette were born 17 days apart, grew up in the same town, had some of the same friends, but didn't meet until they were 30 years old.
  7. Autumn has a cat, Yvette has 2 dogs.
As soon as we get some time, we will pass this honor to our 10 favorites sites. In the meantime we leave you with a photograph of someone with super style, the NYC Fashion District Tailor.
